Recent Wacko Attacks

Every where I go, of course, I am attacked as a disinformationalist, a
stooge for the Jews or a CIA spy. This is because I take such
controversial stands as accepting that a plane really did hit the
Pentagon; that many people dress up some rather common anti-Jewish
sentiment as free thought; or that I like Christopher Hitchens' work. I
should do a blog and keep on these people as they come at me, but it's
all I can do these days to struggle back to the desk where I assemble
Steamshovel Press. Frankly, I don't see how people make any money at
writing blogs, and after however many books I have had published and all
the travel and lecturing I do, my ego is drained of its need to have its
over-rated opinions paraded in public. Too bad about the rest of the
blogosphere.
Still, some of this activity is amusing and I can pass it on to readers
without a great deal of effort. Rest assured, this is not an appeal for
legal defense fund money or any attempt to show readers how oppressed I
am or what odds I'm up against. I am not trying to aggravate the
mentally disturbed. Common sense should, however, exist in tandem with
an interest in parapolitics. Everybody has a right to rant, but
everybody else has a right to ask, "what are you talking about?"
After giving a lecture at the famous little town of Kempton, IL, outside
of Chicago and home of David Childress' Adventures Unlimited enterprise,
an audience member circulated the following story. Again, I have not a
lot of time to clarify its various points, except to say that its author
kept interrupting a conversation I was trying to have with a young woman
by doing things like holding up a cassette, breaking it in two, and
giving me a knowing look. Readers can fill in the rest of the blanks.
Caution: this is rather long and the funniest stuff appears close to the
end. After that comes the story of a second attack of the wackos.
My two goals in both of these incidents are to publicize the new book,
Parapolitics, which comes out at the end of this month (advance orders,

63121); and to point out that the Maury Island UFO book has now
officially become a rare one at amazon, selling for $95 and up if you

REPORT OF FAILED ATTEMPT TO ENTRAP QUESTIONER AFTER 9-11 Q AND A
SESSION:
1) I traveled to Kempton Illinois for a May 6th, 2006 conference called
Ancient Science and Modern Secrets. I note here that I am far more
interested in Ancient archaeology than I am in the modern secrets I
ended up exposing at this conference. This conference was put on by
David Hatcher Childress*1, a prominent writer on archaeology. Other
related subjects were alternative energy and a speech with Q and A by a
prominent political journalist, Kenn Thomas.
2) I stayed at Childress's guesthouse, called World Explorer's
Clubhouse. To me, it looked like an interesting event on subjects such
as alternative energy and Ancient Civilizations. I did not go there with
interest in raising questions in public about the events of September
11th, or about any other political issue.
3) I have put a "9-11 Investigation" series on cable TV in Worcester,
MA in Spring 2005. I own all of Kenn Thomas's political writings. These
two facts combined, I participated in the Question and Answer session
after Kenn Thomas's speech. I brought up important facts which Kenn
Thomas left out of his talk. Facts leading to conclusions which Kenn
Thomas went out of his way to discourage. Shortly after asking my
questions, I walked out of the conference. It seems that others too,
raised questions. Others too, were concerned enough to mention facts
which Thomas had not brought up. I know this because some told me so,
afterwards. Indicating that I had merely "got the ball rolling" by
seeking a more thorough discussion of this issue.
Kenn Thomas
himself later stated that he "almost got lynched back
there." While this is an unfair characterization of decent citizens
asking questions, Thomas's comment certainly backs up one fact: that
many saw fit to address facts Thomas had omitted from his presentation.
4) At Adventures Unlimited bookstore, later, Thomas said to me, "I hope
I haven't created a clash." I responded, "Nothing personal. I have all
your books, and I don't want any ill will. It's just too important a
subject to get wrong." This exchange took place just at the gathering
for attendees that night in this bookstore, which is also in Kempton
Illinois, and is owned by David Hatcher Childress, sponsor of the
conference, and publisher of Adventures Unlimited Press.

5) One of the other questioners during Kenn Thomas's Q and A, a blonde
woman in a brown suede suit, stood and recommended books on
investigating 9-11,
including one by Thierry Maison. She is among those
who approached me after the Q and A, saying "I agree with you."
She was also at the gathering in bookstore after conference. As I walked
by her, she called to my attention. We spoke of 911 Truth Movement. Kenn
Thomas even volunteered that "this is an activist from California",
since she had been talking to him just before I walked by. He added his
opinion that this girl was taking too many risks by being involved in
the 911-Truth Movement, and for example referred to Jim Keith, Kenn's
former "colleague", who died under yes, "mysterious circumstances."
Despite Kenn's warnings I said to this woman, "Jesus Christ died for a
cause." "So would I," replied this woman, immediately.
ONE MUST ASK WHEN DID KENN THOMAS' DISINFO AND ENTRAPMENT WORK BEGIN?
For whatever happened back then, I have certainly proven first-hand that
Kenn Thomas is working RIGHT NOW as an agent for
9-11 disinformation and
to entrap 9-11 investigators, and other questioning, democratic U.S.
citizens. To continue on their failed attempt to entrap me.
This too urgent-seeming woman talked on with me about the 911 Truth
Movement. She asked questions, made comments to which I responded with a
few observations. She presented herself as highly committed, just as of
course Kenn Thomas had, when he cautioned her in front of me. However
serious her commitment, it was soon plain to me that she was talking
only of light-weight, twisted information.
Nevertheless, I conversed in a friendly manner with this woman, and also
with her 'companion'. At this time Kenn Thomas was at the side not
speaking.

I said that the important thing is to research (read, not just "watch")
and stick with facts. If the discussion gets
sidetracked to racialist
issues of any kind, as to the perpetrators of the 911 attacks, then the
facts will not survive the light of day.
Although she continued babbling with more patently light takes on the
Sept. 11 attacks, I nevertheless took her for having real motivation to
further the cause of understanding the events of 9-11. I merely
empathized, as she told me of how important it was that she network her
9-11 efforts. In that context alone, when she so urgently requested to
send me important 9-11 info for much-needed networking, I gave her my
name and address.
This was given to her along the lines of our "we've got to stick
together and be strong on 911" conversation which I might add, was
obviously intensified in response to Kenn Thomas's admonitions NOT to
take up such commitment.
Without another thought on having given that address I expressed to her,
with Kenn Thomas listening, my take on "the everyman's
approach" to 911s
investigation. I spoke of how all that people needed to do to expose the
truth was to be decent and to read. To honestly look into it. Not to
react and not to get stuck on talk of this race or that. I was
specifically concerned with this kind of digression, BECAUSE the issue
comes up constantly when anyone looks at evidence for an Israeli-Mossad
involvement in events of 9-11. An analogy I gave was: that we just be a
circle of decency, not divided, and in contrast to any top-down pyramid
of power structure out there. "Good point. I agree with that."
And that was that.
6) Outside I warned her as she headed towards her car, not to deal with
Kenn Thomas. I said that he was trying to scare her off and would
continue to do so.
7) Although more evidence can be added in terms of Kenn Thomas being a
Disinformation agent, I will stick here to how I confirmed that what
this WOMAN HAD DONE WAS ATTEMPT TO ENTRAP
ME UNDER FALSE PRETEXT AS A
TERRORIST AND ENEMY OF THE U.S.
When I awoke the next morning, I bothered looking at the business card
this woman had given me on way out. It showed a business called "Spirit
in the Sky", 'apparently' a consignment shop in Macomb, Illinois. For
starters, this purported business location was in contradiction to Kenn
Thomas's own statement that this woman was a California activist. It did
not help matters that the logo seemed 'occultic' and that she'd called
herself on card the "Head Spirit".
At that point I remembered articles I'd read of how people get entrapped
by being associated with documents they do not support at all. Whatever
the content of the documents this woman was "oh so urgent" to send me,
it was clear to me that her business card did not match a
911-investigating network, nor was it addressed in California, as Kenn
Thomas himself had claimed of her.
8) I realized that it was
likely that she had worked WITH Kenn Thomas at
that gathering the night before to entrap me. At the World Explorer's
Clubhouse, where I stayed for 5 nights, I taped the following message:
"I am at the Wexclub, May 7th, Kempton Illinois at a Conference
sponsored by David Hatcher Childress. Last night a woman asked who
claimed to be a 9-11 investigation net-worker got my name, address and
telephone number. She was with Kenn Thomas, and both done this in order
to entrap me. To associate me with some documents she claimed were very
important to send me. I AM NOW GOING TO GET A TAPED STATEMENT FROM KEN
THOMAS THAT THEY HAVE OBTAINED MY IDENTITY INFO IN ORDER TO CONNECT ME
WITH BOGUS DOCUMENTS. TO ENTRAP ME. I HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE
DOCUMENTS, AND WANT NOTHING TO DO WITH THESE DOCUMENTS. I AM GOING TO
SAY THIS ON TAPE TO KENN THOMAS'S FACE AND EXPOSE THEM BOTH AS AGENTS."
(meaning certainly someone's agents for disinformation and
entrapment,
being attempted on innocent citizens who ask good questions about the
9-11 Terrorists.)
9) I went up to the Mainstreet bookstore, Adventures Unlimited, where I
saw Ken Thomas coming out. He taunted me and said "right on, Dan!"
(Looking back now I wonder whether Kenn Thomas had already "heard" this
plan of mine just minutes before, via guesthouse surveillance, and was
NOT opposed to my OUTING him and the deadly forces behind him. Is there
"a gun" being held to both Kenn Thomas and David Childress's heads? We
shall see about that as the expose progresses, right Kenn and David?).
Shortly afterwards Thomas was standing across the street with a man who
appeared to be a farmer. Not to be impolite to the 'farmer', I walked up
to the two of them and said "Is this your friend, Kenn?...What's your
name sir? Kenn introduced him as "Hugh, an old freind", I shook Hugh's
hand and then said to Kenn, "Kenn Thomas, you are the
editor of
Steamshovel Press? And you were next to the woman who took my name last
night. What was on the document she claimed she'd send me? With a
knowing smirk, Kenn answered "inspired by Saddam Hussein." I told him
flat out I was taping this, and actually it appeared to me that Kenn
knew it. I then said on my tape, which I have, "Kenn Thomas, I have
nothing to do with any such document and want nothing to do with any
such document or with that woman's activities or with yours."
Later on, at the "Sunday Brunch for the gathering" I asked Kenn Thomas
why, after writing all these books supposedly about justice, why did he
not shield me from her deception? This was as direct and personal a
question as it was rhetorical, seeing as I already knew Kenn Thomas was
a disinformation agent and that this woman was just a low-end agent
working with him. I said to Kenn Thomas "I would have shielded anyone
from that crap." Kenn Thomas,
publisher of Steamshovel Press Magazine,
turned his back from those spy cameras and said to me, "That's true,
...but I'm a failure." "No you're not," I said, "Come here," When he
turned around, I shook his hand saying "You're not a failure, Kenn."
"You know what I just did, right?" I asked. He touched his glasses to
cover his mouth from view and quickly, quietly said "Yes."
THAT WAS THAT. I HAVE THIS TAPE. I ASK THAT ANY OTHER COLLABORATORS DO
THE RIGHT THING: PRESERVE KEMPTON SURVAILLANCE TAPES (of which there are
many) FOR ADDED EVIDENCE.
Clear evidence shows that Kenn Thomas, editor of Steamshovel Press, did
collaborate in this failed effort to entrap me. This was somehow due to
my public questions other possible forces involved in the 9-11 attacks.
It is actually possible that Kenn Thomas and Childress will respond with
openness to this investigation. Perhaps neither considers a shred of
benefit to their continued
involvement in this (proven and nefarious)
disinformation/entrapment "racket." Whether they would willingly
cooperate or not in this investigation, I submit that publication of
this story coupled with law enforcement would lend them them more
security than Jim Keith, their colleague may have had, at the time of
his death. Kenn Thomas has written in his own investigative journals of
the "mysterious circumstances" surrounding Jim Keith's demise, with
murder being the implication. This investigation may well prove the ONLY
secure way for these conspirators to come forward and tell their story.
This would be an 'out' from whatever threatening influences they've
involved themselves with (and I certainly have a clear idea of exactly
who/what they now serve).
IT IS FITTING TO BEGIN INVESTIGATION OF THESE INDIVIDUALS: KENN THOMAS
AND DAVID CHILDRESS, WHO COLLABORATED ON THIS ILLEGAL ENTRAPMENT ATTEMPT
IN KEMPTON,
ILLINOIS.
Story deux:
I recently was asked to counter someone named "Mike Mike" on a
discussion list who was using Gerald Posner and PBS to shore up a belief
in the totally discredited Oswald-as-lone-nut thesis. I tried to decline
with the following response, which was later posted to the list anyway
(with my permission):
"Sorry, I've been living in an Oswald-did-it free zone for many years
now. Mike Mike is just being a dumb dumb. He can read any of the number
of books I've written on this, or the hundreds of others by far better
researchers and writers than me if he wants to de-ignoramify hisself
from all that PBS and Posner disinfo.
(I mean, would I start with the Failure Analysis group he refers to? The
one that he says PBS told him "proves" the three shots from the
Depository? The same group, Failure Analysis, also "proved" the grassy
knoll shot --
which anyone can see in the Zapruder film -- and several
other scenarios. PBS and Posner saw fit to leave that material out.
Ooooo..."don't start me talkin'; I tell everything I know..." Oswald
served at Atsugi where the U2s flew from; gave the Soviets the info they
needed to shoot down Gary Powers' U2; worked at the photo firm that
processed U2 film before he went to work at the repository -- he was a
spy. The only fingerprint found at the Depository belonged to Mac
Wallace, a killer who had worked for LBJ previously; and then there are
the photos and films of Ed Lansdale, Lucien Conein, Fred Crisman, Frank
Sturges, E. Howard Hunt, all connected by radio transmitter devices,
coordinated movements, on Elm Street, on the knoll and in the railyard.
Mike Mike just has no familiarity with the research, despite what he
says about having read David Lifton, etc. He's just succumbed to media
mind control pressure.)"
A number of lame
responses followed, mostly from people who realize they
can support any nonsense they fancy with a web search, committing
themselves to imagining the opposite of what I have to say and then
using google to find support. My supporter, however, also came from a
predictable source, someone who thinks JFK was trying to "increase Gov't
created-money over that of Federal Reserve notes" and then discussing
how the great Hitler wanted to do the same thing in Germany. Hoo boy.
With supporters like this...
I replied:
"First, Kennedy did the reverse of that, temporarily creating silver
notes of smaller denomination to get rid of them faster. All of these
people who take an interest in the JFK assassination as a platform to
tout their prejudices and fascist philosophies are wackos. They have
nothing to do with parapolitical research or intelligent, informed
dissent from officialdom. They just want to take advantage of normal
people
who begin to question things, to slip in some rather common
anti-Jewish sentiment, delivered with rote monotony. I sure as heck
would not trust them with any kind of critical assessment about Israel's
real impact on current affairs. It is vicious, Christian, hatred pure
and simple, certainly not any kind of "alternative" view."
In the interest of giving it a full airing, however, here is the final
response from the wacko:

I am not Christian. I am not Nazi. I am not Communist---I am
anti-totalitarianism. I could care less what name or ideology it passes
itself off as. I have said in another room, I have a lot of anti's!
Oh---the shame of it all. I am anti-Christ, anti-Judah, anti-Mo,
anti-nazi, anti-zionist ("Jewish-Nazism--far older than German),
anti-Torah/Talmud---well I could go on and on. I hate murderers,
rapists, liars, thieves, secrecy, wars--Falsehoods of all kinds
permeating all streams of human society. I am not a liar---Truth is my

hero. I may not always have it, but it is my unwavering
primary focus. Always. I care not who it offends, if it is the
Truth--nor do I offend easily or toss names like "anti-Semitic" or
"anti-Jewish" , "Nazi" or "Christian" around recklessly like some
Mantra.
Hitler was a "fag" (I do not accept the life-style, but I respect human
life, yet at the same time I don't like having it shoved in my face).
Hitler was part Jewish--a descendant of a Rothschild (of course we have
no body, no documented evidence proving it so, but
"circumstantial-evidence" which leads to no other likely conclusion).
Hitler was a murderer, a scheming political tool like his counterpart
Stalin (Djou-gash-vili),--yet in ways more honorable than the "Great
Winston Churchill" (also himself part Jewish) and Franklin "Delano"
(someone translate that!) Rosenfeldt--the American leader of the 2nd
war-to-end-all-wars was shall we say a "brother-in-crime".
Now
political Zionism was founded/funded initially by the Rothschilds (which
doesn't mean that all Rothschilds or they alone concocted this scheme,
but the are the primary movers--may as well say the OWNERS of Israel and
much more of course.
Dont like what I just stated? All said with truth at heart. I am not
going to let bogeyman scarewords chase me away. Let the chips fall
where they may. I could care less what "label' or name one identifies
oneself with. I am so often forgetful of peoples names in the very
instance they have introduced themselves, cause I am immediately more
interested in the person and character than any name. I am a crop

Lighten up Kenn. I am not your enema. I don't take myself so
seriously, even when I am
being serious, unless you know how to hit that
nerve---than watch out! Slow to anger, quick to forgive, but if you
catch my craw you will never see the "spanking" you are going to get in
good time. Straight-up guy--will tell you like it is, not hide in
secret and make pretenses. The world is already to full of PHONEY
people. Just telling you a little about me, so you know something about
me before you throw out "unqualified imprecise accusations".
If I see you outnumbered in an attack or assault, I will be right in
there to help even-the-odds and risk a beating--just because it's RIGHT
(that makes me a Right-winger? I love to say it--I have a head between
those two wings and neither dominates me!) I don't care what color,
race, ethnicity, religion or whatever you define yourself as. I live by
a moral code and rarely do I fall short (hey, I am only human!). I will
mock and slime anyone who CLEARLY deserves it, but I will
not slime you

I think that entire last missive is egomaniacal and ridiculous, by the
way, and I am not at all taken by the vulgar attempts at being buddy
buddy about it, particularly as they are accompanied by veiled threats.
I do take that a bit personally. Also, Eleanor Roosevelt was a good
friend of my great aunt Helen Gahagan -- who actually wrote a book about
Eleanor -- and also fought true monsters like Richard Nixon in a
concrete way her entire life. But I'm certainly ready to register a
public opinion anytime about attempts to connect JFK's legacy to
Hitler's as not only based on lies but being just generally sick, and
certainly no where near any reasonable concept of free or truly
alternative thought. Far from it. The respondent here is imprisoned not
only by ideas of how wonderful he thinks he is but also by some
seriously convoluted and
dishonest notions about history.
Anyway, congratulations to all who made it this far in this editorial. I
have to get back to the Steamshovel desk now, if I am ever to produce
another issue!!
